Jetnet host down

Posted by mimoschiatt, 09-07-2009, 03:20 AM
All my websites hosted at Jetnet Host are down since yesterday.
Even their website is unreachable now.

This comes after several other problems I experienced with them the last few months. My account was charged three times, cpanel problems, etc.
Unless they come up with a very good explanation (and compensation for the downtime) I will move my websites.

That's bad too many problems >.< Good Luck I would have moved by now.

It's still down...
If it wouldn't take 24-48 hours to move my website to a different webhost I would have already done it.
I don't understand how a hosting company can have such a long downtime but judging from the other posts in this forum it doesn't seem that uncommon.

Do you have any way to contact their company? Do you have an e-mail, phone number, twitter or facebook account? Perhaps they have updated one of those social networks to inform clients.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with the company and I hope the issue gets resolved shortly. Best of luck!

My website is down with them as well. I don't even remember the last backup I made.

That seems a little too long lol most host can help you just by doing transfer thru cpanel. It's not that it's uncommon but alot of things can go wrong somethings aren't even controlled by hosting companies at times.

I was actually able to figure out how to access my site via IP, instead of using the domain. I was able to access cPanel and make backups of my website.

They're back online now.
I'm waiting for their explanation but I will probably transfer my websites anyway. I cannot remember ever using a host which had such a long downtime.
