Megapath (Covad) outage

Got message from my monitor service about 11:15ET that our router was down. Did tracert and looks like traffic stops at a core router in Megapath's network. Called Megapath about 1:15ET to see what's going on. After going thru stupid phone tree and waiting on hold and listening to music a while, they said "outage affecting Ohio, Covad is working on it, no ETA"

I asked him why their network status page says "all systems normal" and he didn't have a good answer for that.

I guess this is what you get when you pay for a cheap T1. Thank god it's a backup and not our primary.
