i too cant get into orbit...my server pings fine.domain name doesnt resolve in browser.

This appears to be affecting customers who have their DNS hosted by The Planet as well. We have customers who have servers at both The Planet and us who are calling because their DNS is at The Planet.

The Nameservers are powered on (I can ping both) but return SERVFAIL error code if you queried them. They seem to have just come back online in the last few minutes.

It appears that the planet.com zone is resolving names again and their web site is workign again.

Several of their resolvers and their DNS servers are still down.
