Must be a network problem (again) no route to any of their facilities.

I get a traceroute all the way into DC and can access other (non TeamVPS) servers in the same DC. Team servers missing in action.

Our datacenter lost power for a brief second which caused all our servers to reboot. All rebooted successfully except VM. We are working on this server now.

If you colo at wholesale internet I can confirm this, a whole row of racks went down little more than an hour ago. Apparently unknown UPS failure for just a fraction of a second, just enough to reboot the servers.
Lots of people going in and out of WII atm

Is it me, or does Team VPS host in the worst DC in the world? Two IP routing issues, power failure, all in the same month.

This is typical of TeamVPS support. Taking the time to report here when facing such a massive outage is commendable.

The VM1 server is back up. Thanks to Steven at rack911 for his amazing system admin abilities of solving the most complex/unusual of problems.

Yes, this has been a bad month. First Cogent went down in Kansas City, then we suffered a massive DDOS attack and then this power outage. Our datacenter has been great through all this (like helping us resolve the DDOS attack). We understand that problems happen, and happen at the worst time.

If any users VPS is down just let us know through a support ticket.
