Hi one of my dedicated server with imountain is down. I moved to this new server today and it suddenly down now. I can't reach them via email, no one responding. does anyone know an alternate way to contact them? Can't afford to have a downtime.

To be honest, if you cannot afford to have downtime, then they are the wrong host for you. They don't have generators from past posts (correct me if I am wrong imountain). They also are single homed to one bandwidth provider. If the bandwidth provider goes down so do you.
