VAServ/CheapVPS unreachable?

Their sites seem to be up, but my VPS is unreachable. SSH just hangs, and I can't reboot my VPS because they still haven't installed any sort of management for us since their mass data loss. I submitted a support ticket and it's been nearly 2 hours with no response, even though it says 24/7 tech support.

Anyone else have a VPS unreachable with them? SSH/website just hangs, kinda weird.

your vps is on and up, but ssh is too busy or has been hacked - if you ave a control panel (like cpanel) try and get in with that to force a reboot

That doesn't explain the website it hosts timing out, does it?
