I couldn't find anything on their site/forum in regards to this little network outage. Anyone knows anything? PM me if you'd like.

Chicago has been going down daily for 1 - 6 minutes.

Denver is down right now for us.

Parts of FDC's network are always going down for minutes at a time on an almost daily basis that's pretty normal behavior for them.

Really? I've never noticed it, apart from an issue a few weeks ago, but that was the only time. Are you sure?

Thanks for confirming I'm not the only one.

I don't believe it's acceptable but I guess it's "okay".

Confirmed by FDC staff: Denver is down (parts of it at least).

We're back online at Denver

FDC don't seem to be giving me canned responses either; I can tell that their reply and support at Denver are genuine. I prefer them to Chicago actually.

I've been with fdc for about 5 years now going on 6 and they have always had very frequent random issues on different parts of their network.

Not everyone will notice these random issues as a lot of their customers don't monitor their uptime by the minute or at all for that matter.

Also, as I said it's just parts of their network that will randomly go out or get very slow and not all of it.

Anyone who has been with FDC for as long as I have will know this although some of them might not admit to it.
