downforeveryoneorjustme.com/sagonet.com

Same here, and from that particular web site. So I think it's safe to say there's problems.

I see that some Tampa Servers still working

But may be the problem on Atlanta DC

The problem exists in the Tampa datacenter affecting some dedicated server customers. I have not gotten an official word about what was the root cause or what scope of customers are affected yet. I am told some customers have partial connectivity and the web portal is now able to be reached. We will update this thread further as new information comes to light and also post a notification in the customer portal with more information for customers.

My box in Tampa is down as well, although the portal works, albeit very slowly but livechat is down.

I've always raved about Sagonet in the past, but not best pleased right now. This isn't the first time that all 3 of my machines there have just randomly rebooted at the same time, it's probably the 4th or 5th time in about 2 years. This time, one of the machines hasn't returned, put a ticket in 9 hours ago (#195711) , no response whatsoever. Tried calling just to get told "we have big problems at the moment and will deal with it as soon as we can". In the mean time, I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to be telling clients..

It's highly unlikely 3 machines would have randomly rebooted simultaneously. Most likely they were power outages. There were... if I recall... 4 separate power failures in 4th quarter 2008 alone. You'll find lots of threads on WHT about Sago's network and power outages over the past few years.
