Ratepoint.com Down

Seems to happen every few months but its affecting our site as we pull in a review from them: http://www.ratepoint.com/profile/16963 I wonder if there is another way to pull in reviews without relying on their servers?

How about caching? Even go as far as putting in a reverse proxy. BTW, the main page loads fine.

We did not notice any downtime for a long time. May be we did not pay attention. How often it happens and how long it takes to recover?
