At around 5:25EST all of my domains are down. Their main business URLs www.surpasshosting.com www.hostdime.com are down. Tracert for any domain with them craps out halfway (@ 66.192.242.132). Can't even submit a support ticket with Surpasshosting because that's web-based.

10 minutes later, and it's back up. These guys need to get their act together.

We are not seeing any issues and do not have any reported outages. Perhaps a route from your location to our facility had an issue or is having an issue. We are happy to look into if you can't reach our site you can call 407.756.1126 we are here 24x7x365

Tracerts all timed out at the next-to-last hop (66.192.242.132) to your NOC. Some other people let me know about this afterward as well.

Durr, ten minutes of downtime and you think they need to get their acts together? If it was only a few minutes offline, kudos.

Now if they're denying they had downtime and did have some, now that's something they'd need to cleanup but I haven't ever seen hostdime 'deny' downtime in the past. They've got a lot of things you can point fingers at but for uptime they're not half bad.

All Surpasshosting domains including Surpasshosting.com are down again as I type this. Tracert looks fine up until the final bounce @ Level3 in Orlando (ae-6-6.car1.Orlando1.Level3.net). http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/surpasshosting.com shows the domain is down as well right now for them.

Deny it all you like. This is a real and repeat problem.

@evilelmo -- It looks like surpass has scheduled maintenance which is most likely the cause of your connectivity issues.
