Yep all my servers are down.
Their network is completely down, IP's wont even trace.

Nobody answering the phones at any of their numbers.

Wow that's alot of servers offline. If no one is answering their phones that would make me wonder. I hope it gets resolved quickly for all parties involved.

not answering the phone only keep us worring there is no communication between DC and clients

down for 1hrs and 25 min is way too long

There have been a lot of internet backbone issues affecting NTT / Savvis and others so it's most likely a routing snafu.

Regards

They advertise 24/7 support and I never had trouble contacting them at any time before.

Live chat link from google cache is
http://server.iad.liveperson.net/hc/...mages/livechat
but they are offline.

I noticed that the choopa IRC server connected to EFnet disconnected from the rest of the network earlier. I guess it was a bigger problem than I thought.

Don't they have a Twitter, Facebook or blog they can update? That's odd all communication is inactive. Do they have an SLA by chance?

All my sites are down too. For at least 2 hours now. Has this happened before?

I'm not sure if its happened before because I thankfully do not have a server with the company.

Looks like it was a power problem, my servers are back up but all rebooted.
I guess some servers are taking longer to start back up then others.

Its never happened before, ive been with them for a year now.
