Is the OkiHost server Joseph down or am I having DNS issues?

My account and customer sites have been down since about 10:45am CST this morning. I've tried setting up a ticket, emailing and checking AIM for Okihost support. So far, I've not had any response.

I've checked to make sure my reseller account, domain name account is current and that my name servers are still set up. Everything looks good.

I've tried accessing the account using two different DNS providers (AT&T and Verizon). I can't access my server, timothyjrobinson.com from either provider. I would appreciate others to try accessing the site to see if it is a DNS issue. If you get through, please provide your DNS server IP.

I don't know what else to do.

I can't find my site or any of my customers' sites in DNS. I've checked many public DNS servers with nslookup. I'm thinking my site and my customers' sites have been removed from DNS. How could this have happened? How can I get timothyjrobinson.com pointed back to joseph.qualitydedicated.com (67.18.251.170)?
