rapidswitch have a bad routing

my site is hosted with rapidswitch
i found it has the worst routing

i can't open my site

but when i am trying to make tracrt it gives me the following

but i can't open it http ssh whm cpanel

can any one help me?

or i have to change that bad company

Your server is down, that doesn't mean bad routing on rapidswitch. You should submit a reboot request ASAP.

the server is working

if it is down..........tracrt will not gives any data

u can search for rapidswitch-gw1.ip4.tinet.net @ google

and u will see what i am saying about

Did you mean you can open websites, ssh, whm, and cpanel?

i can't open mysite with http or with ssh or whm or cpanel
but the site is working with others

that problem happens for 10 minutes "site stop working @ my pc" then the site works again

also that problem happens with my visitors
