Anyone here with them? And have you been down for about an hour and a half? Their site is down too - and no one is answering the alternate email.

Outages have been popping up every few days now - after months of rock solid uptime. Earlier in the week the answer was that they "assumed" it was a power outage...

It's a faulty UPS which powers our rack, it's been acting up for the past 3 days. We plan on either moving the servers to a different rack, or get the power rewired on the current. It all depends on the UPS capacity WII has.

Rest assured it will be dealt with later today or tomorrow morning to avoid any other unexpected power outages.
Currently all services are restored, if your VM is still down please open a ticket.
