Horizon Hosting offline?

Both cpanel, and website is offline at the time of this post. The forums that are hosted with them are getting "out of memory errors" as well ..

At the time of this post, all domains hosted by horizon hosts is down ...

This issue has been resolved already, the client was contacted and credit was issued to the client's account, covering a months' hosting fee for temporary network down time. Steps have been taken to prevent this in future. Kind Regards
