We have a overdue vps renewing invoice, but can not open http://www.swedendedicated.com now. NS problem?

I am not able to reach it from my location in Florida, US. Perhaps you should try running a traceroute to that site to determine where the connectivity is failing.

Had seen someone suggest http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check. Perhaps you may want to give that a shot in future.
