Limestonenetworks intermittent network issues?

Can anyone verify this? My site is extremely slow, and so is limestonenetworks.com. Server load has been a steady .20, and even a blank page takes a very long time to load (go to team-slick.com). Interestingly, the problem only seems to be with port 80, as I can ping / traceroute / ssh just fine. Is anyone else hosted on Limestone that doesn't mind sharing their domain?

Their site loads up fine for me. Your site comes up with a blank page.

I just came here because I noticed mine has been going up and down like a yoyo the past half hour. When my site goes unavailable so does their website.

Looks like my ISP is having issues unrelated to LSN. Google will be un-pingable but yet my site will be and then 5 minutes later the exact opposite - my site will be unavailable to me (and the users will tell me they had no outage that they noticed) yet google will be pingable. Reminds me of the old IRC days with net splits.
