Hi,

Recently started using them and all of my sites and emails seem to have gone down. Anybody else having problems.

Can't contact anyone by email or phone at the moment

Just wondered what other peoples experiences are or has anyone else having trouble at the moment

Been good up until now to be fair. Just a bit concerned that i can;t get hold of anyone and have not been kept upto date. Don;t even know if someone is working on sorting this out.

Their main site is also down. There might be a network problem or some thing. But it is sad to hear there is no way to contact them for some help. Hope you will get it sorted out soon.

My sites came back a little while ago but, yes, there site seems to be down still.

I'm with them.
Along with some other providers such as RackSRV , today, they have more power problems with their datacenter which has assured they will take steps to prevent further similar problems.

Their site is back on ,but if it isn't , you should be able to put a support ticket in at:
