seems embeded youtube videos seem to be down. looked on numerous sites and all youtube embeds are not showing.

If you depend on externally hosted material, it can be a big thing though. This just shows that one should try to not depend on third parties for shown content, as far as possible.

Youtube is not a service provider. You don't acquire or buy service from Youtube do you?

Just because they host someone elses copy-written work as their own for your viewing pleasure doesn't make them a service provider.

Furthermore it says for customers. I don't think youtube has customers

A service provider is an entity that provides services to other entities. Usually this refers to a business that provides subscription or web service to other businesses or individuals.

that sounds like youtube to me, they provide a web service
