Hong Kong, China. KowloonHosting, the Hong Kong-focused brand of Cycom Holdings Limited, has just added a free proactive monitoring service to all its dedicated servers. Starting from August 7th, 2012, all new Hong Kong dedicated servers ordered through KowloonHosting will be monitored at 5mn intervals through both ping and http. This will allow our technicians to be informed when a server becomes unreachable, so that measures can be taken quickly to investigate the issue and get back the server online. In the meantime, KowloonHosting has upgraded its local bandiwdth (Hong Kong) to 100Mbps and its international bandwidth to 3 Mbps (unmetered).
