Am I the only one incapable of opening their site at

serverwow.com ?

Looks like their DNS servers are down. DNS lookups to serverwow.com aren't working, and pinging their DNS servers ns.serverwow.com [66.197.195.149] and ns2.serverwow.com [66.197.195.150] just time out (they're inaccessible via HTTP as well).

...and my VPS with them is down/lost, as well.

Looks like I will never recommend that company to anyone, even if their site is back again.

I'm lucky it was a backup VPS, not really used for any crucial task.

Ah, that sucks... Always very bad when that happens
At least you haven't lost too much, seeing as it was a backup VPS. If they've disappeared, I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't have backups of their content
