We have just received notice from our upstream provider that the network which hosts our IGXHost.com website will be going down for maintenance for up to 6 hours.

During this time, our main website - IGXHost.com, including billing and support panel will be offline and inaccessible. Our mail servers will also be down for this maintenance.

Along with our main website, our control panel for clients will also be temporarily down. However, clients websites and VPSes will continue to be online as that node is not hosted within the same network.

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this as we have only just received this notice.

We will update everyone in regards to this situation. However, everything should be brought back up within the next few hours.

The outage was caused by an electrical fault. The downtime was much longer than told and expected. However, our main site is now back online. VPS control panels should also be accessible now. Please note that our clients' VPSes were NOT affected by this interruption and maintenance.
