HiVelocity down (again)

This is getting ridiculous. I cannot reach my server which is hosted @ HiVelocity... Anyone has the same problem?

Have you tried contacting their support? Their web site appears to be up at this time.

Yup, still waiting for a reply. From my trace it seems that one of their core routers have some routing problems...

We have one of our servers at HiVelocity and haven't had any reported problems with them at all this week.

One of our core routers did in fact require a reboot last night. As far as I can tell only our Level 3 and Time Warner routes were affected and for only about 30 minutes or so. After reviewing our traffic levels, trouble tickets and chat transcripts it appears only a very very small amount of customers were affected. Traffic levels remained at normal levels and only 2 tickets were opened regarding this issue. I do apologize to any of you that did experience problems during this period.
