resellerzoom server down?

Hi,

I use resellerzoom for my and all my clients web sites. I noticed today that no email were coming through. I wanted to go to the resellerzoom web stie to get support and the site does not come up. I am getting exremely nervous about this. I have some big clients who get daily orders. Does anybody know if this service is down or closed or whatever the problem is...

If for some reason they closed down, I NEED a new host immediately and am looking for suggestion to move to something different tonight.

They've not closed - they're likely experiencing technical difficulties.

I doubt they will have closed down, but you are right there appears to be some issue with their server, hostingzoom is down and a dns report gives back errors.

Try emailing someone senior at Jaguarpc.com and ask if they can supply any information.

resellerzoom.com? It's down for me as well.

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/resellerzoom.com << says the same. They are pretty established, they may be having issues, but I can't say anything with a 100% certainty.

It has been going on for over a day now. That must be some big issue. All my web sites are up, and I can login to cpanel etc. But email is not going through.

Seems to work fine on my end as well now. Perhaps someone over there can shed some light on the downtime?

for me it looks as the problem is fixed now. Emails from yesterday are still coming in. Tech support said that emails are queued and will come in today. THey upgraded the email server.

I am glad this is fixed now.

Ok, They are down again. All my web sites including email was down all day. The web sites are finally up but I think all emails (and revenue) was lost for today. This company is ridiculous. I am trying to call and only get to voicemail. Nobody is responding to my support tickets. I should have switched a month ago when I posted the original thread.
