My site is down for sometime. But I can't access webbbycart site itself or the support system does nyone know about this?

I am seeing my site down almost for 12 hrs now, even the webbycart site is not opening

I may be wrong in saying this but I believe that Webbycart is hosted at InterServer, which is currently undergoing a major network outage due to a Fibre being cut. They are working to get it resolved ASAP.

HI,

Yes, there was a major fiber cut in our Data Center, Interserver that affected several providers. Our server and site is up now, but there might be still some servers that are still down or have some packet loss until all are fixed.

Thanks for the info Bobby. Yes my site is up
But I see quite less traffic than the avg normal so as you say will it take like some more time for all servers to be perfect?

Hi,

All servers are up now, but as per DC, there might be still some areas with packet loss, It will be normal in a few hours...
