HostDime.co.uk down (edit: on purpose it seems)

Been down for 2+ hours, both our server and their UK site. However please ignore this, having got through to support they are saying this was a planned migration, we just weren't notified for some reason... bit strange as our email is handled by Google Apps, but at least we know why they are down. I'm curious to know whether any other HostDime UK customers got notification of this downtime? I guess we were just unlucky and our warning email got lost somewhere :/

Yes there was an announcement made about a migration of servers within the data center. The notice would have been sent to your email on file.

Thanks for the reply, it's just that we didn't get the email and when we went to www.hostdime.co.uk this evening to see if there were any status messages that was unavailable too.

I'm not sure what happened to the email you sent out, as I say our email is handled by Google and HostDime mail doesn't get spam filtered. Not that it really matters now as the issue of why everything is offline has been established, but was there just one email sent out about this or several?

PS. http://status.hostdime.com isn't carry any notice of the downtime, just FYI
