Me: Why is your network offline?
Sales: Are you sure?
Me: Yes.
Sales: Please contact tech support
Me: How?
Sales: Through the control panel
Me: It's offline.
Sales: Try again in a few hours.

Their support sucks EXTREME !

They are having network issues for sure, i can reach to my server from my connection, but when i check from just-ping.com, it shows down for %75 of the countries.

I can reach to main ip of my server, even connect to vnc, but sites doesn'T load. And pingdom shows it as down from some locations, mostly america based

They said connectivity to the US is dead, however Europe should still be able to reach their network

Indeed, although I'm from Poland and I'm unable to reach my EU located server, nor their websites.

I am personally not a customer however there website is reachable for me here stateside..
