Been trying to get a response for the past 7hrs a simple reply would be nice. I just got a vps a few weeks ago cause i passed the limits of the shared server. They had no problem contacting me every hour to get an upgrade but now i have a problem and i get snails and 3 toe sloths. WTF!

It might not even be their fault. I could have been hacked or I could've broken TOS but I had no warnings.

Did you receive any response at all from their support department or was your ticket directed to another department?

You may also want to try to PM Jay here for him to look into this for you.

No I just got the auto response with the ticket url.

Is the ticket directed to the support department? It is weird to not receive any response for more than 7 hours since they claimed 24x7 support. I can understand the delay in response if the ticket is directed to other departments like the billing or admin department.

Actually I always sent an email directly and would get good response times that way. I'll try sending through the ticket service.

ok Jay got back to me and I knew it was going to be my fault. When i switched to the VPS i forgot to point nameservers from the existing urls on the shared account to the new vps nameservers. Jay automatically switched the shared account I was on to keep my sites alive until the urls propagate.

my bad.

Well this does depend on what they state 24x7... phone,sales,support (if so by phone or ticket) ,billing im sure they defined it somewhere....
