Hostlatch - Down

Hello,

They told me yesterday that they were doing "core upgrades", that caused their VPS to go down and their Control Panel as well. My VPS is currently down since the begining of the afternoon (EST time) and no response from their support. In theory, the upgrade is supposed to be done already.

Anyone in the same situation?

They don't send e-mails warning their customers, that isn't fun seriously.

Is your site down only or there in tire network?

The CP was down, but now it's restablished... They said yesterday that they were updating their core, but now in the ticket they said that my node isn't planned for migration.

I find your statements hard to believe - SolusVM was never down. Please provide your ticket ID(s) so I can take a look into this.

Hello Adam,

Thanks for your support. This issue was sorted out in the support ticket.

For some reason, my VPS was down for the whole afternoon, and you or your support said that it was my fault. However, since that support ticket, I never had any trouble and everything just works which is very strange (I did not change any settings in the server).

Anyhow, I don't feel like arguing because the answer "this issue fells into our 99% uptime" is not acceptable for me; even though you are right, it is not helping your customer satisfaction at all.

Still, it's solved.
