Hello, everyone.

I have bought a reseller hosting @ UltratechHost.com a few months ago, and apart from occasional lag everything worked just about normal... until the last 10 days.

1.) our websites hosted there stopped working, recieved nothing about any kind of suspension or similar, just ..not working.
2.) their client area first vanished
3.) their main website (ultratechhost.com) stopped working totally. "Connection lost during loading" error everytime.

I haven't recieved any pre-warning or anything like that, regarding anything. I would understand their possible upgrading own system or anything like that, but the 10 days period is worrying me.

And since I can't access to WHM anymore, I can't do the proper back-ups and .. I'm more-less screwed


Anyone having a hosting at theirs and has the same problem?

Site seem to be loading fine here, probably your IP being banned?

Try to contact them via email or proxy:

Yep, works fine for me too. It might be - as mentioned above - that your IP got accidentally banned.

Try e-mailing their support behind a proxy or another another computer/internet connection - quoting your IP address (check it at http://www.whatismyip.com/) and they can unblock it for you

Their site seems to be working fine, can you post one of your own sites to check that as well?

It does seem that it has slipped that this Webhosting Company is utilizing in a 'Pirated WHMCS'.

Your connection to their site could be to several reasons:

Quote:
- Network ISP Connection
- Blocked by their Server Firewall
- You are blocked by your 'Hosts' file - (unlikely)
- Their might be connection issues from certain locations
- DNS Failures - Response code 403
So many to name, though, I can access their site quite fine from this end.

What does unsatisfy me about this is their WHMCS

Their site UltraTechHost.com working fine at my end. Its sounds like your IP might be banned by their firewall. Try to contact their support team.

Yeap UltraTechHost.com also works just fine at my end.
Try to ping it and see if you get the reply?
You can also try to open it with proxy on your browser (or try to access it from different ISP/internet connection), if it's loading just fine, then as others have said, please contact them and ask them to check if your current IP address is being blocked by their firewall.

No we don't have any problem on our site though we faced a downtime 15days before due to toomuch cpu uses by a user and its already fixed.

Your WHMCS installation should be on this path and the not the path you currently have it installed on

I would advise that you have this fixed.

@Tilen: we did you IP removed because on 26th April you did enter wrong password for max time now its removed enjoy it.

@ATH-Sean: Its not my fault i have license for my sub domain but if it will be done to my main domain i can't do anything though i did a ticket on WHMCS hope it will be solve.

In WHMCS its shows my billing path is licensed not my main domain/root

I can see their site fine, this definitely sounds like your IP is blocked by their firewall (still)

You can get it licensed for that sub-domain, if you have an owned license simply re-issue it. Wonders how you got the WHMCS working on the sub-domain if it is not licensed for the sub-domain

Anyways, It seems to be fixed now.

@ATH-Sean: I am talkwed with WHMCS Staff they said me that its not a problem if any DMCA arrives first they will look whether the main domain is licensed or not or any subdomain is licensed also i requested them to fix it and they did so now i think this issue is solved.

@ Tilen: Yesterday i did again reply do your mail and we takes 1-3 days to respond through mail if you have any msn/yahoo id yes we can give instant at yahoo/msn, ticket system also. and also sorry that i have had examination for which you got delay reply to your mail.

Excellent to hear, I never said anything about a DMCA though it is just nice to see that the domain is actually licensed to that folder otherwise you will show a not valid status under the verify tool in WHMCS.

Glad to hear it was moved over and re-issued.

UltratechHost turn yesterday at 15.30 for 1 / 12 hours but still nothing this morning ..... anyone has news? thanks

We are gone down for 24 hour due to urgent network work from data center for which 5 dedicated servers are down for 24 - 48 hour. Which is already solved if i am not wrong we are talked about this issue on live chat.

Hi,

sorry for bringing this up but it seems that ultratechhost.com is down for at least 12 hours (since 2011-07-08 12 p.m GMT+1)

Are you aware of anything ?

The whole dedicated servers are also down...

One of the worst, horrible and unprofessional hosting company I have ever deal with in my last 10 years. in Last 5 months almost 10-15 times hosting hosting was down and they did not bother to send one email notification, they are claiming 99% up time, believe me this is a Joke i would rather say 50% uptime. Customer Service is very bad and they chat like unproffesionals and attacking on customers. Never buy any hosting service from this company otherwise you will be in great trouble.
