We have a backup server there and we are unable to reach it, nor their site http://www.databasebydesignllc.com/

Their status page http://status.databasebydesignllc.com/ doesn't have any usefull information nor their twitter.

Anybody have any information?

Tried, even to their alternative email address (on gmail) no response so far.
