Hi,

My server is completely dead, so is support and customer portal do not recognized credentials/email account etc.

The changed their site design over the night appearently...

Anyone else ?

They answered my email already, but they have absolutely no clue of what is going on, they are investigating.

Update:

The issue was resolved, they were doing some updates to their whole system and customers were informed. We got spam filters delaying their emails and we did not get them on time.
