have you contact their support?
please always contact your provider support before posting......

Submit Ticket: https://secure.intovps.com/submitticket.php

Is it down for just you or everyone?: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

I would send them a traceroute so that they can fix the issue.

Is your server down or is intovps.com down?

I see intovps.com just fine.

intovps.com is fine for me also.

I'd use something like: http://host-tracker.com to check. They have dozens of checkpoints.

It's loading fine for me also.

Hy,
I am sorry to hear you had problems reaching intovps.com, we have no reports of downtime in the past month for example. Please let us know the ticket ID so I can check closely, maybe it was related to a route in Europe that had problems a few days ago. Although it's not up to us and we don't like when ISPs go down we can get in touch with them.

We had no downtime reported. Zero tickets about downtime or service unavailability. None of our internal or external monitors triggered any alerts.

You should check with your ISP as well.

If problem persists send us a ticket with a traceroute.

Also, it seems to me that this is new spam trick for the affiliates scheme, since some twitter bots report the same non existing downtime?

And what exactly do you mean by "This is Romania"? The simple fact that intovps.com is hosted in Romania or you're trying to say something else?

LE: Moderators, can you check this user? I just realized energynetwork is on his first post and he's reporting 23 hours of downtime!? This is hilarious. No way under the sun we could have had 23 hours of downtime today. This thread is created just to have the words "down" and "intovps" in the title.

Obviously you would have seen a stronger reaction on WHT, twitter and anywhere else if we would really had 23 hours of downtime. We had a lot more people complaining on WHT when we had (for real) 1 or 2 hours of downtime.

Just a bit of added support for IntoVPS: I host two websites on one VPS and use Pingdom, an external monitoring service to monitor downtime. There has been 0% downtime over the last 30 days, as recorded by Pingdom. Since I'm not able to post links here yet, you may contact me via PM or Instant Messenger for a report from Pingdom, if you wish.

Seems interesting that someone who ought to be thankful for the good news has not even bothered to come back and respond to the thread.

I found a site of yours hosted with intovps and it is working just fine.

Moderators, since this user is not updating the issue with details, we don't have other users reporting downtime, we have users reporting 100% uptime in the last moth here and in other places http://www.facebook.com/intovps can you at least update the thread title to something more appropriate?

The easiest way to make sure a moderator sees this is to click on the "report this post" link right next to your own message. Then, fill in the form window with a short description of your request. That creates a ticket, and it goes into the queue for attention.
