A bit of a dramatic conclusion to make.. We're right here...

There is a network issue with Level 3.. (do a tracert) so a small number of customers on a minority of servers will have timeouts.. You could have telephoned us to find this out..

It should be sorted in the next few minutes..

Website working fine.

Perhaps your IP address got auto-blocked by the server? Have you tried contacting them (or visiting their website) via a proxy?
