now back online. we got packet loss now.

I didn't see any issues earlier.

They did drop for around 1-2 minutes (most likely a provider dropped/flapped).

Exactly right. TMS has always had stellar uptime in my experience, which is now nearing 3 years with them. (For the sake of transparency, we have just 1 server hosted elsewhere, and we will move that one to TMS when the contract expires this fall.)
