Parallels HSphere KA server down?

Woke up this morning and was greeted with an error message on our HSphere CP server; licenses no longer recognized by key Adminstration server.
Not the first time this has happened (at least a couple times last year) and everytime it had been issue with their KA server. Not sure if the same issue this time. Anybody else having the same problem? |

This issue is very isolated as it depends also on when your CP is scheduled to next check in, if it is not checking in during the outage it is a non issue for most people.
As mentioned before we've seen it SEVERAL times before, sometimes taking a couple hours before the KA system returns properly and allows Hsphere logins. |

The KA server seems working (port 5442 seems fine) but the issue persisted. We restarted the CP server and it's now working. Not sure what triggered the issue though ... |
