PhotonVPS down?

My VPS with PhotonVPS seems to be offline, is it just me or are one of their nodes down?

(I'm using XEN)

Its been offline for 2 hours or so.

I believe the node your on is in the process of migrating to SolusVM.

Why wasn't I told about this, 2 hours of downtime without an explanation isn't the best way to go about things.

Your migrations were done which a brief reboot occurred. An email was sent out that migration was to occurred. However it looks like this was over looked and your VPS was never brought back online properly. This rarely happens and we'll be evaluating our procedures to prevent this from occurring.

If there's further issues please let us know so we can help you address any pending issues.

I never received an email thats why I was so surprised to see my VPS offline.

An email was sent out weeks before the transition. It may have went into your junk box. We do apologize for this inconvenience though. If you still do not have access or info to SolusVM please contact us so we can get a
login generated for you.
