NetDepot Dallas - packet loss

I've been seeing pretty bad packet loss for the last hour or so. Anyone else?

This is on their Dallas test IP:

251 packets transmitted, 173 received, 31% packet loss, time 250237ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.206/1.860/8.367/1.217 ms, pipe 2

I haven't heard back from support yet...

Yes, timeout here too but not in Atlanta location.

Many packet loss.

it seems problem with telia.

it's not _just_ telia.

7 packets transmitted, 6 packets received, 14.3% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 42.410/42.559/42.789/0.125 ms

That's chi-level3->wbs->gnax.

If wbs is handling the telia, perhaps it's wbs.
