Outage on SemoWeb

Posted by Dustin Cisneros, 06-02-2010, 01:42 PM
As some of you may know our site and some of our customer's site's are currently offline. We are under going a Ddos Attack which is causing this. We have been working on it to resolve the issue. We want to inform our client's that we are still here and have not disappeared. Please keep checking your site to see if it has been put online . If for any reason you need to contact us simply call us at +1-877-706-SEM0 (7366)

Some Question's you may ask...

Dont you guy's use protection?

Indeed we do but sadly we can only protect our self's so much.. You can only protect your self against them but not stop them.

Will our account be credited?

Indeed it will simply submit a ticket once you notice SemoWeb back online with your domain name and we can check if your site was affected and credit your account depending on the outages age.

Once again we are deeply sorry and do note we are working with the data center directly making sure thing's can be put online ASAP.

Hi Vincent,

Thank's alot, we are here for our client's and understand how frustrating thing's like this can be. We simply tell our valued client's the truth every time on what's going on so they can under stand the situation better instead of telling them different and giving them the run around.

You handled this very well semoweb, all the best in the future, hope you reported the people who did it, to their ISP's.
