Ifuse / Yomura

Hi. Is anyone having problems today with Ifuse / Youmura. Our sites and mail have been down for 48 hours now. Support tickets are only receiving automated replies. Giles (The de facto voice of Yomura) is ignoring mails. Anyone able to throw any light on this?

Im in the proccess of writing my 1-year review of ifuse/yomura and stumbled on your post. My vps has been down almost every weekend since mid-may for at least 12-hours. They have not replied to support tickets besides once about 3 weeks ago to say it appears to be up now ( 14h later). Time to switch!
