Eirca Down Again Already?

It looks like hosting at eirca.net went down again about half an hour ago. Tried to get to their support site and it is also down. I can't believe they didn't move it to a separate server after their 5 day outage just a week ago.

Don't they have any alternate methods of contacting them in the event of an outage?

Not really. That's one of the major reasons we are leaving them. Unfortunately we have not had enough time to move all of our accounts to our new set up since the last time it went down. We just needed a little longer to have all of our accounts mirrored elsewhere but of course our luck hasn't been running so strong lately.
