Is it down for anyone else?
I can not connect to a VPS with them in France.

Submitted a support ticket a bit over 2 hours ago (still waiting for a reply).
I tried the live chat as it is "Online" but best I can tell there is no one at the other end.

Is this normal for them?

I have been trying to be in touch with them through the online chat but it really seems no one at the other end.
I'm trying to study them so as to decide in choosing them on their master reseller hosting. Is their service good for such a reseller program? Pls tell me about them. Thanks.

I can not answer that as I have only just signed up with them.

I can now access the Control Panel for the VPS so it looks like things are coming back online.

I was just able to restart VPS via CP, no idea what was wrong.

O, Thanks for the reply. It seems they are having some issues, let's hope it will not be recurrent.

Down again . I am not sure for how long it has been down. I only got on my computer an hour ago and noticed, still waiting to hear from support.

(I closed my first ticket when the VPS came online.)

Got a reply and it appears they are working on a permanent fix (move to another server)
