My server is down and i trying to reach support,and i see support url is down as well while i can access main site(dedicatednow.com) and all other parts without problem.Anyone else have problem there?

They are having a major DDoS attack right now. We're also effected by this. Hopefully it won't be too much longer as we have a critical server hosted there.

Yes i just got info from sales department.That really suck.I hope they resolve ddos attack.

Distributed Denial of Service Attack - July 8th, 2010 @ 4:15PM

There is presently a significant denial of service attack directed towards hosts on our network that is affecting a number of other customers. Our network administrators are presently working on the issue and expect it to be resolved shortly.

We will update status.fortressitx.com once the attack has been dealt with. Thank you for your patience.

Looks like my server is back online so i guess it's resolved.

Please don't say "we" are back up until all of "our" servers are. Mines been down almost 6hours.

nosajix - The issue from this afternoon was resolved some time ago. I had not seen any support tickets in our system from you. If you haven't already, please contact our support team, support @ dedicatednow.com or 888.734.9320 and our admins will help immediately.

Ticket "NAO-105519". Opened before 6 and still open (or at least I haven't been notified that it was closed), server still down. You guys are killing me here.
