Sentris has been down since one hour

All my servers hosted by them, even their websites, are all down. And their live chat support (MSN) is away and not responding

Any news about this?

My server at Sentris is not responding as well. Their website is up but their helpdesk is down so I cannot submit a ticket. They are neither answering their phone nor responding on MSN. Additionally, on the phone's "Network Status" option, it says the network is fine. This is very frustrating to say the least.

Alright I just saw their tweet

They tweeted that their main switch is down but they didnt mention any ETA

You're welcome. But I hope they will provide ETA because I just cannot keep on waiting without any guarantee as to how much time they need to fix their switch
