Omnis and DNS Down?

Can't access omnis.com and my domains don't resolve, the one's with DNS hosted at omnis.

It's 7:45 PM Central on Saturday July 10th

dig @8.8.8.8 a omnis.com

No omnis in google's DNS either!

They are not even saying what happened but Omnis Network is completely down. !! they managed to bring their own website back up but their DNS servers are down and are not willing to change the NS records at the TLD level manually for their customers.

Luckily most of our IP Phones are not affected because it uses our own managed NS Servers or connecting directly to the host IP on a failover.

Omnis is already down for more then 5 hours. !!!!
