Our website has been online all day today, so it may just be you as we haven't had any other reports.

We will, however, have planned maintenance for the website in the next few days, but we haven't started that. We are moving the website to a new server with SSD hard drives so our clients can move around the website much quicker.

I really feel i should try your company out but the number of complains i see on the forum and some other places are scaring me, but i am still watching.

This complaint isn't even a complaint, it was a false negative. Unfortunately a lot of people are quick to post something on the forums even though they have had excellent service for years. It's just the nature of the beast. People are more willing to write something bad about you than they are to write something good, it's like that for every company who doesn't award positive reviews like a lot of companies here on this forum do.

I'd certainly agree, having seen tickets for you and BURST lately. Keep in mind that both companies are aiming for a budget market that often has first-time users of dedicated servers who have very little cash supply, which is an explosive situation that doesn't necessarily lend itself to good reviews.

Just make sure to properly read through the whole review and get the providers' side. DME posts here a lot, almost always answers review posts of themselves, and nearly always manages to make it clear what actually happened. I haven't really seen a lot of truly bad experiences that weren't borne of completely unrealistic expectations.
