It went down a few minutes ago. No access to portal too.

That may have just been you. We have once-a-minute external monitoring that didn't see any outage or other issues last night.

Many of my clients from India reported this. I asked them to test netriplex.com and it was down too. But, no one outside India called/opened a ticket about the outage.

it is down as well as packets are lost from India, but within states there was no loss

Good to know I am not the only person. Did you report to netriplex ? What did they say ?

A few clients also experienced packet loss (they were from India).
