OVH down? [merged]

I have 2 dedicated servers with OVH and both have lost all connectivity. However it appears OVH as a whole is down. Their website/nameservers everything.

Can anyone else confirm this?

our servers are all down too, and ovh's support phone number has an automated BT message saying its out of order

ahhh, me too! this is no good. ovh.ie and ovh.co.uk are down and my server... not cool.

Weird, my servers are "down" from UK hosts, but I can access them from non-UK hosts (de,us), although the ipv6 seems to be completely down?

Yeah its strange.

I just tried accessing site via USA proxy and it works fine.

All my servers are down aswell no connection via MoM either which is really weird oh well

anyone know of a good website that shows all of ovh links across the UK and Europe?

There appeared to be a connection problem between OVH and the United Kingdom.

I've attempted connection to a few of our OVH servers via SSH on one of our american servers and it works fine.

Try that with a proxy. I get connection timeout trying to load it.

if you use hidemyass com as a proxy all ovh sites seem to be running as normal

Looks like whole OVH network is dead
Unless your from China, then it works fine.

How's even possible that someone with over 70k dedicated servers can't setup his network properly ?!

Should mean that routers are coming back online... They still suck. Almost 2 hours of complete network downtime this month?

I have a RPS with OVH and it stopped responding about an hour ago. Also both there websites ovh.co.uk and ovh.net are off line and also there forums forum.ovh.co.uk is off line too. Anyone know whats happening?? anyone elses servers down or is it just me?

Mines just started replying to pings a few seconds ago...

And stopped again as I typing that sentance.

edit: working again now, although ping times are about 10-15 higher than usual (which as a game server provider, is a very big problem on its own).

was all back working for me too, but guess what everythings dead again now

and just has I type that it all comes back again lol hopefully it will stay online now

I got that too, was down for about 30 seconds. Guessing its just maintenance. Still, its utter bollocks and its just lost me customer.

Yup, same here. This is really just a complete joke to be honest. I'll be needing to get a third server fairly soon and I safely say it will not be with OVH.

I've never had any problems with OVH in such a long time. But I won't be renewing 20+ servers next year.
Edit: Coming back online... The network seems unstable since the crash.

Mashil, lucky you.

I've got access at the minute, but a quick glance at the OVH weathermap just shows its not even nearly fixed it yet. The link Amsterdam/Roubaix link is on like 70% contention outgoing, its usually like 10-20%. Also virtually the whole eastern side of the network is down.
