Ecatel partially down?

I have a site hosted in ecatel and for the past hour and a half people from certain countries( from what i noticed Germany and Israel but im sure it's a lot more countries) can't access it. Is this happening to anyone else as well?

Usually when Ecatel got network issues they release PR online. You may want to check their PR about down times. Regards, Daniel H
