As most who are hosted with us already know, we have been experiencing issues with our upstream provider throughout the afternoon. We've been back up for a while now but I wanted to inform our cusotmers active on here that our HelpDesk and Phones are back up.

If you are still unable to reach your server, please contact us using the usual support methods.

Once we know the cause, we'll be forwarding an RFO to all of our customers.
